Treadmill hiit- 3 min warm up at 7 mph
5 sprints at 12 mph for 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest per
5 sprints at 11.5 mph for 30 secs on 30 sec rest
3 min cool down at 6 mph

My workout

My workout is as follows; Sunday legs, Monday chest and triceps,Tuesday cardio, Wednesday back, Thursday shoulders biceps, Friday cardio, and Saturday rest.
My repetition range will be 10 to 8 reps on three sets per exercise, for 8 weeks.
My diet will consist of 3100 cal per day,310 g of protein,310 g of carbs.
