My workout

My workout is as follows; Sunday legs, Monday chest and triceps,Tuesday cardio, Wednesday back, Thursday shoulders biceps, Friday cardio, and Saturday rest.
My repetition range will be 10 to 8 reps on three sets per exercise, for 8 weeks.
My diet will consist of 3100 cal per day,310 g of protein,310 g of carbs.
