0800- 4 eggs over easy, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup pineapple, 2 slices bacon, 1 cup of whole milk
0930- Syntha 6- 1 scoop, Rice Chex cereal
1200- Beef stew, fried fish 1 piece, 3 pieces of crab meat, 2 jalapeno poppers, broccoli, 8 mini carros
1500- PB and J on wheat, 10 carrots
1715- C4 and Aminos
1530-Legs
Squats- 225x12, 245x12. 245x12, 135x12
Walking DB lunges- holding 40s in each hand, 36 sets, 36 steps, 34 steps (brutal)
Good mornings- 95x12, 105x11, 105x10
Seated Leg Curls- 120x12, 120x12. 120x11
Standing Machine Calf Raises - 90x15, 180x12, 180x12drop set- 90x10, machine x 8
A strong guy joined me during legs and pushed me! But I missed my workout parnter- Angelena!
1834- 1 1/2 scoops of Sythna 6 and 8 oz G2
Dinner at 1934 and then 2200 will be Casein time!
