02.07.13- shoulders

Hang cleans- 95x12, 145x12, 155x12
Cable High Reverse fly- 15x12, 15x12, 20x10
Seated DB press- 40x12, 50x12, 50x11
DB front raise- 30x12, 30x12, 30x10
DB Side raise- 20x12, 20x12, 20x12
Shrugs- 185x12- 3 sets (working my way back up after hurting my trap)

abs were still sore so I skipped abs until tomorrow
got on the scale at 187, will check again in 2 weeks when I take my pics.
