1230- Grilled chicken breast, grilled chicken and steak with peppers and onions, half cup of white rice, about a whole cucumber, 10 baby carrots and about 1/2 cup mixed veggies. drank G2 for lunch needed something besides water
1530- 1 1/8 scoop (approx) Sythna 6 vanilla ice cream mixed in 16 oz of grape Gatorade

Dinner will be meat and veggies

roughly 3050 calories dependant upon my dinner. Eat Clean, Train Dirty- FlagnorFail
