02.06.13- back

Yesterday was 10x100 meter sprints on 1 minute rest- brutal
02.06.13- diet was good today but not awesome
0745 (got up late)- 1 scoop syntha 6 c&c, eggs whites scrambled with bacon and peppers, 2 slices of bacon, clif peanut butter bar
0945- chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, 1/2 cup watermelon and a redbull(cutting those out for sure)
1200- 1 1/2 grilled chicken breast with peppers and onions, 1/2 cup of rice, 1 sliced cucumber, 10 baby carrots, and a a&w root beer (Not sure why)
1545- 1 scoop syntha 6 in 20 oz orange gatorade
1630-1700- nap :)
1715- C4 and aminos and animal Stak
1730- back and obliques
Db rows- 75x12- all 3 sets
Tbar rows chest on bench- 70x12, 80x12, 80x10
Pull downs wide- 120x11, 110x12, 120x10
Back extensions- 20x12- 3 sets
oblique raises on the GHD machine- 12, 10, 10 per side
super set with pull ups 10, 8, 8
1820- syntha 6 and headed to dinner

There were a bunch of operators in the gym today and made me want to change sides and change my workout focus.  I am staying with it though and pushing through for 3 reasons- Addison, Griffin and Angelena!  GOD give me the strength and guidance!
