02.01.13- a new beginning

0700- did not do cardio but lets do breakfast
scrambled egg whites with peppers and bacon, 8 oz of whole milk and 1 cup pineapple
0945- pb and j on wheat, 22 gram shake of syntha 6 cookies and cream and a red bull
1200- beef and broccoli, steamed cauliflower, 1 cup of wheat chex, 1 cup of watermelon
1515- osi trim jerky
1630- much needed 30 min nap- I did not sleep well!
1700- c4 and cellucore BCAAs
1715- Back
Straight Arm Pulldowns- 2 warm up sets then- 40x15, 50x13, 60x12
Pull ups strict form- 8, 7, 7
Dumbbell bent over rows- 60x13, 60x11, 50x12
T bar rows (chest on bench)- 70x12, 70x12, 65x12
Wide pull downs- 100x 10, 90x12, 90x12
1808 (right now)- 2 scoops syntha 6 c&c and 8 oz G2 fruit punch

cardio in the morning with abs
I am actually off work tomorrow as well so I am going to relax, clean the room and make a new workout playlist.
